Portland Sunday Parkways Presented by Kaiser Permanente will return to East Portland on June 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The East Portland 4-mile out-and-back route will have four featured activations, and we are thrilled to debut Verdell Burdine Rutherford Park as a new addition to the East route
